To purchase educational materials, stationery, books, and learning products on MateriGo, you may create a registered account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact details, delivery addresses, and GSTIN information (for business invoicing).
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and OTP verification codes.
• Account Misuse: MateriGo Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.

MateriGo is an e-commerce platform specializing in educational materials, textbooks, competitive examination guides, school and office stationery, STEM learning kits, architectural & engineering drawing supplies, and related supplies across India.

All prices displayed on MateriGo are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly specified otherwise.

• Price Changes: MateriGo reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• GST Invoicing: Registered business buyers (schools, institutions, coaching centers) can input their valid 15-digit GSTIN at checkout to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Errors in Pricing: In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, MateriGo will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Placement of an order by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email/SMS sent by MateriGo signifies receipt of your order but does not confirm final dispatch. A binding contract is formed when the order is packed and handed over to our shipping partner (Ekart Logistics).

MateriGo provides secure payment processing via RBI-regulated Indian payment gateways: Razorpay, Cashfree Payments, and PhonePe Payment Gateway.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking (50+ banks), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and digital wallets. All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption. MateriGo does not store your card PINs or CVV numbers.

All content included on the Platform—including logos, branding, graphics, page headers, button icons, digital downloads, product catalogs, images, and software—is the exclusive property of MateriGo Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

• Submitting fraudulent orders or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or extracting Platform data using automated tools.
• Reselling educational content or books purchased from MateriGo for unauthorized commercial gains without permission.
• Posting false, defamatory, or malicious reviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MateriGo Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product purchased.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your dealings with MateriGo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, Indiashall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

MateriGo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
