All orders placed on MateriGo (MateriGo Private Limited) are processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days) from order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or official Indian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Partner (Ekart Logistics)
Our primary logistics partner for pan-India order delivery and reverse pickups is Ekart Logistics. Packages are dispatched in tamper-evident waterproof packaging to ensure books and paper stationery arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet estimated transit times, occasional delays may occur due to external factors:
- Severe weather disruptions or heavy seasonal monsoons.
- Festive peak periods (Diwali, New Year, school session startup rushes).
- Regional transport strikes or local regulatory restrictions.
In the event of a delay exceeding 3 business days beyond the estimate, our support team will proactively update you via SMS/Email.
Incorrect Address & Re-Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses, landmark details, and active Indian phone numbers during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
Undelivered Packages & RTO Process
Ekart Logistics delivery executives will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or unreachable phone numbers, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). Upon receipt, our team will reach out to schedule re-delivery or issue a refund (minus return logistics cost).
Tracking Information & Notifications
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your Ekart AWB tracking number and a direct tracking URL. You can also monitor your order status in real time by visiting the Order Tracking page on MateriGo.
