All monetary payments on MateriGo are securely processed by authorized payment gateway partners: Razorpay, Cashfree Payments, and PhonePe Payment Gateway.

When you make a payment, your credit card, debit card, UPI ID, or net banking information is transmitted directly to these RBI-licensed payment processors using 256-bit SSL encryption. MateriGo never stores complete card credentials or sensitive payment passwords on our servers.

We implement technical and organizational security measures, including 256-bit SSL network encryption, secure database servers in India, firewalls, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data.

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal information stored in your MateriGo profile.
• Right to Rectification: You can edit your name, address, and profile details anytime via your account settings.
• Right to Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@materigo.com (subject to statutory tax retention laws).
