Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order for educational books, stationery, or learning materials at zero cost at any time before the item is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
How to Cancel Before Dispatch:
- Log into your account on MateriGo and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the active order and click Cancel Order.
- Upon confirmation, a 100% full refund will be automatically triggered to your original payment mode (refunded in 24–48 hours for UPI/wallets, 5–7 days for cards).
Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched and handed over to Ekart Logistics, the order cannot be cancelled electronically via the website. However, you may refuse to accept delivery when the Ekart delivery executive arrives. Once the package returns to our warehouse (Return to Origin - RTO), a refund will be processed after deducting nominal outer shipping costs.
Return Eligibility (7 Days Window)
MateriGo offers a 7-Day Return Policy for eligible physical educational items starting from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, publisher seals, barcodes, and original box/packaging intact.
- Eligible Products: Books, textbooks, reference materials, drawing instruments, un-inked pens, unopened stationery packs, and STEM kits.
- Exclusions: Used workbooks with handwriting, opened digital media/CDs, downloadable PDFs, and customized institutional stationery.
Damaged or Defective Product Policy
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, torn, or contains defective/misprinted books (missing pages, unreadable printing, damaged binding), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong Product Delivered
If an incorrect book title, wrong edition, or wrong stationery product is delivered due to a packing error, MateriGo will arrange an immediate free pickup via Ekart Logistics and dispatch the correct product at zero additional charge.

MateriGo utilizes Ekart Logistics for reverse courier pick-ups across most pin codes in India. Please ensure the package is safely sealed in outer protective packaging before handing it over to the Ekart courier executive.
